A late 19th century green pained cast iron umbrella stand with six loop divisions and supported on a circular cast iron base by Camion Freres. Maker’s initials CF and a distinctive anchor logo are impressed on the base.

Camion Freres was an iron foundry based in Vivier-au-Court in the Ardennes region of France. The firm had a reputation for its quality architectural cast iron products. Founded in 1820 by the Camion brothers. The firm’s products are often identified by their distinctive anchor logo and initials.
